1. What RMTCheck is — and what it is not

RMTCheck is a listings and reputation site. Sellers and service providers publish what they offer; buyers find, compare and choose who to talk to. That is all.

RMTCheck is a bridge between two people. We are not part of the deal, we sell nothing, we do not process payment and we take no part in delivery. You two negotiate directly.

2. Money never passes through us

RMTCheck does not receive, hold, transfer or escrow anyone’s money. There is no wallet, balance, custody or refund guarantee on the site.

Payment and delivery happen off-site, directly between buyer and seller, by whatever method you both choose. Agreeing on price, payment method and timing is your decision, and the risk of that choice is yours.

3. Reputation is information, not a guarantee

RMTScore, verified trades, reviews and badges are calculated from what actually happened on the site. They exist to help you decide — they are not a promise that things will go well.

A high score is not a delivery guarantee, and a low score is not an accusation. Use it as one signal among others, the way you would check anyone’s reputation before dealing with them.

4. Game rules are on you

Most games prohibit, in their own terms of service, buying and selling items, currency, accounts and services for real money. That can lead to penalties, including suspension or permanent loss of your game account.

Checking and following the rules of the game you play is your responsibility. RMTCheck has no relationship with the developers, does not speak for them, and cannot prevent or reverse any penalty they apply.

5. Your account

You must be 18 or older to use RMTCheck. The information you provide must be true, and your password is your responsibility — what happens in your account is treated as done by you.

To list or to receive contact, we require a confirmed email and a Discord account at least 60 days old. It is a barrier against throwaway accounts created only to scam.

6. What is not allowed

Prohibited: impersonating someone, creating duplicate accounts, arranging fake deals, writing fake reviews, inflating your own reputation, listing what you do not have, and using the site for fraud, threats or harassment.

Doing it costs you the listing, the reputation and the account. Reputation manipulation is the fastest way to get banned here, because it is what ruins the site for everyone.

7. What you are responsible for

Each person answers for what they publish and what they do. The seller answers for the listing, the price, the existence of what is listed and the delivery. The buyer answers for the payment they agreed to.

If you cause harm to someone — another user, a third party or RMTCheck itself — by breaking these rules or the law, that is on you, including any defence costs RMTCheck incurs because of it.

8. Limits of our responsibility

The site is provided as is, and may have instability, errors or downtime. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Because we are not part of the deals, we are not liable for losses between users: scams, undelivered goods, payments that never arrived, wrong items, penalties applied by a game, or decisions you made based on reputation. That is the nature of a site that only introduces two people — which is why the final call is always yours.

9. Content and trademarks

Game names, logos and images belong to their owners and appear here only to identify what is being discussed. This implies no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by them.

What you publish stays yours, but by publishing it you allow us to display it on the site. We may remove or suspend any listing that breaks these rules or the law.

10. Reports and moderation

Any user can report a listing, a profile or a deal. Every report is read by a person before any decision — a report is not an automatic conviction.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Serious cases, such as fraud, may be reported to the authorities.

11. Ending it

You can stop using the site whenever you want. We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these rules, and we may end or change the service, giving reasonable notice when the change is significant.

12. Changes to these terms

These rules may change as the site evolves. Significant changes are announced on the site before taking effect. Continuing to use it afterwards means you accept the new version.

13. Governing law

These terms follow Brazilian law. Questions or disputes about them will be handled in the user’s home jurisdiction where consumer protection law applies.
