1. The service
RMTCheck is a discovery and reputation platform. It lists offers published by third-party sellers, records negotiation intent as Deals, and publishes reputation signals derived from confirmed activity. RMTCheck is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller.
2. No custody of funds
RMTCheck does not hold, transfer, process or escrow money or any other asset. Payment and delivery happen directly between buyer and seller, outside the platform, under terms they agree between themselves.
3. Reputation signals
The RMTScore, verified trades, verified reviews and badges are informational signals derived from recorded activity. They are not a guarantee, warranty or endorsement of any seller or transaction. Reputation cannot be purchased; paid plans provide features and visibility only.
4. Game publisher terms
Real money trading may be restricted or prohibited by the terms of service of individual games. Users are solely responsible for checking and complying with the rules of the games they play. RMTCheck does not guarantee the absence of penalties applied by any publisher, including account suspension or termination.
5. Accounts and conduct
Users must provide accurate information, keep their credentials secure and not impersonate another person or seller. Manipulating reputation — including fake deals, fake reviews and duplicate accounts — is prohibited and may result in removal of content, suspension or termination.
6. Listings
Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and availability of what they list. RMTCheck may remove or suspend any listing that violates these terms or applicable law.
7. Reports and disputes
Reports are reviewed before any action is taken and are never an automatic finding of wrongdoing. Dispute outcomes are recorded and may affect a seller reputation.
8. Intellectual property
Game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the rights holders.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RMTCheck is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users, from reliance on reputation signals, or from actions taken by game publishers.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the platform before taking effect.
