1. What we collect
Account data (email, username, country, language), authentication data (password hash, session records), activity data (listings, deals, reviews, reports) and technical data (IP address, user agent, login events) used for security and fraud prevention.
2. Why we collect it
To operate the account, publish listings and reputation, detect fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service. Security logs such as login events and IP addresses exist specifically to detect suspicious access and reputation manipulation.
3. What is public
Username, avatar, country if enabled, seller profile, listings, reputation metrics and published reviews are public. Email address is never shown publicly.
4. Retention
Account data is retained while the account exists. Reputation records tied to confirmed activity — deals, reviews, moderation outcomes — are retained after account deletion in anonymised form, because removing them would let a bad actor erase history by deleting an account.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, portability, deletion, or object to certain processing. Requests are handled through the contact channel published on the site.
6. Sharing
Data is not sold. It is shared only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to run the service, and when required by law.
7. Security
Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Sessions are stored server side and can be revoked. Access to administrative tools is restricted and recorded in an audit log.
